RAGOUT BROODJES

Keperloean  :

Roti tawar jang soedah disimpan 1 atawa 2 hari
Ragout seperti isi Kroketjes atau Frietuurtjes (jadiken periksa resep dibawah daripada ini resep poenja)
Telor ajam
Tepoeng roti
Braadolie

Memboeatnja  :

Roti dibuang koelitnja, lalu potong2 pesegi atau segitiga atawa driehoek, tebelnja kira-kira setengah senti.
Tiap2 potong dipoles dengan mentega lalu tangkapken, 2 potong menjadi satoe dan tengahnja diisi Ragout. Tjelupken kedalam teloer kopiokan, goeloeng ditepoeng roti, lalu goreng.
