Bouillon sapi
Beberapa sendok ketjap
Pala
Meritja
Goela
Garem
Tepoeng terigoe
 

Memboeatnja  :

Tomat digodok, peras dan saring. Goreng bawangnja setengah matang, tuangi bouillon, beri beberapa sendok ketjap, pala, meritja, goela dan garam laloe masoeken di-peresan tomat tadi. Kentalken dengan sedikit tepoeng terigoe.
