Memboeatnja  :

Boeah pala dikoepas tipis atawa dikerik dengan piso jang tadjam sekali, laloe belah doea, boeang bidjinja, rendem kira2 2 djam didalem aer garem poenja. Laloe sajat2 bentoek kembang atawa kipas. Laloe rendem lagi dalem aer kapoer 1 malem. Besoknja ditjoetji bersih laloe tirisken di tanggok. Boeatlah aer goela dari 1 1/2 kilo goela dan 1 kg aer. Masoeken palanja, djika soedah mendidih angkat, biarken pala ini terendam dalem aer goela sampai 1 malem.

Besoknja lagi tirisken pala di tanggok, hangati aer goelanja lagi sampe mendidih. Djika soedah dingin betoel, masoeken poela palanja. Pekerdjaan ini dapat dioelang 2 – 3 kali poela. Pada pekerdjaan jang terachir palanja digodok ber-sama2 dengan aer goelanja sampai mendidih ; angkat, laloe tirisken di tanggok. Djika soedah tiris betoel, goeloeng di goela pasir laloe djemoer sampe kering poenja.
