Keperloean  :

1 Liter soesoe
250 Gram goela haloes
6 Telor ajam
1 Batang vanille
4 Sendok makan boeboek tjoklat

 

Memboeatnja  :

Soesoe dimasak dengan vanille sampe mendidih, laloe angkat. Merah telor dikopiok dengan goela sampe putih poenja, poetih teloer dikopiok djoega sampe poetih dan keras, laloe tjampoerkan dengan merah telor jang soedah dikopiok. Djika soesoe soedah setengah dingin, keluarken vanille, laloe masoeken doea matjem telor kopiokan sambil adonan di-adoek2 sampe rata. Taroeh adonan diapi, katjau2 teroes, tuangken tjoklatnja jang terlebih dahoeloe soedah ditjairken dengan sedikit soesoe, katjaoe2 teroes sampe adonan mendjadi kentel, laloe lekas angkat. Djika soedah dingin tuangken kedalem ijsbus, laloe poeter.
