Keperloean  :

1 Liter soesoe
175 Gram goela haloes
100 Gram goela kasar (dimelelehken sampe warnanja koening tjoklat)
6 Telor ajam
1 Batang vanille

Memboeatnja  :

100 Gram goela dimelelehken sampe warnanja koening tjoklat, laloe masoeken soesoe dan vanille. Djika soedah mendidih, angkat. Merah telor dan 175 gram goela dikopiok sampe poetih. Poetih telor dikopiok sampe poetih dan berbusah poenja, laloe tjampoerken ke merah telor. Djika soesoe soedah setengah dingin, boeang batang vanille dan tjampoerken dengan 2 matjam telor jang soedah dikopiok. Adoek2, taroeh diapi, katjaoe2 sampe kentel, laloe boeroean diangkat. Djika soedah dingin ditoeang di ijsbus, lalu poeter.
