750 Gram soesoe
150 Gram goela
20 Gram maizena
3 Telor ajam
50 CC rhum

 

Memboeatnja  :

Soesoe dimasak dengan goela mendidih dan goelanja sampe hantjoer. Maizena ditjampoer sama sedikit soesoe dingin dan merah telor jang soedah dikopiok, laloe ditoeangken kedalem itoe soesoe mendidih, adoek2 sampe mateng, laloe angkat. Poetih telor dikopiok sampe poetih dan berboesah sedikit poenja, laloe ditoeangken adonan panas tadi sedikit demi sedikit sambil adonan dikopiok teroes, masoeken rhum-nja, laloe adoek2 sampe rata poenja.
