VRUCHTEN CARAMEL – PUDDING

Keperloean  :

1 Batang ager-ager
200 CC aer
300 CC soesoe
100 Gram goela pasir
1 Merah telor
1 Batang vanille
Fruit cocktail
Ijs gepoekan

 

Memboeatnja  :

Ager-ager ditjoetji, direndem 10 menit dalam 200 cc aer, laloe masak sampe antjoer. Boeatlah caramel atawa goela gosong dari 60 gram goela, dimelelehken dalem itoe wadjan sampe warnanja koening tjoklat, laloe toeangken soesoenja, masuken sekalian vanille dan godok sama-sama sampe goelanja antjoer semoea. Laloe tjampoerken keadonan ager-ager, saring, mendidihken poela, laloe angkat poenja.

Masoeken merah telor jang soedah dikopiok dan ditoeangi sedikit dari adonan panas. Adoek2 sampe setengah dingin laloe masoekken fruit cocktailnja (inget-inget aernja djangan, djadi fruit cocktailnja sadja doeloe). Djika soedah tertjampoer rata, toeangken kedalem tjetakan pudding jang terlebih dahoeloe soedah ditjeloep kedalem aer. Dimakan sama aernja fruit cocktail tadi dan ijs gepoekan. Djika koerang ada manis boleh ditambahken dengan sirop frambos.
